Revenue, Strategy & Growth Leader | Business Transformation | Purpose - Driven Executive

I am passionate about building smart strategies that drive growth, transformation, and lasting impact.

My journey began as an Electrical Engineering graduate from Georgia Tech, where I developed the analytical thinking and problem-solving approach that continues to shape how I tackle complex challenges. After leading multi-million-dollar marketing and business growth initiatives at global companies like Procter & Gamble, UPS, and The Weather Channel, I felt called to make a more direct impact on future generations. Transitioning to the nonprofit sector as a Broad Resident at Fulton County Schools, I experienced firsthand the power of building advocates and aligning communities around transformational goals.
Today, as Chief Revenue Officer at Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta, I lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives focused on revenue growth and operational excellence. I oversee a $22 million gross annual revenue portfolio, including the nation’s 9th largest Girl Scout Cookie Program, fund development, consumer products and retail operations. I also spearhead strategic efforts to diversify revenue streams.

With a foundation in engineering and an MBA from The University of Michigan, I bring a unique perspective on combining technical expertise with visionary leadership to drive sustainable organizational success. I am passionate about fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and empowerment and helping teams and organizations realize their highest potential.

Beyond my professional work, I stay deeply engaged in the community through Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, The National Coalition of 100 Black Women, The National Black MBA Association, and Leadership Buckhead. When I’m not leading strategic initiatives, you’ll find me traveling, baking, and spending cherished time with my husband and young daughter—my greatest inspiration.
Let’s connect and explore how we can build strategies for growth, purpose, and impact.
